SHIPPING, LOCAL PICKUP AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

Shipping is only available for our smaller homewares items and vary from piece to piece. Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. 

 

LOCAL PICKUP

If you have opted for local pickup of your goods you can collect during opening hours (Friday & Saturday 9am to 1pm). If you wish to collect outside of opening hours please email lillie@harryandkit.com.au to organise.

LOCAL PICKUP - FURNITURE

All of our large furniture pieces are local pickup only, however if you would like to organise a courier to collect on your behalf or have us assist with a courier quote please click here or contact us via email (lillie@harryandkit.com.au) or phone (0422 051 059).  Transporting of furniture is at purchasers request and risk. 

   

RETURNS

We want our customers to be happy with the products you buy from us online or in store. With this in mind, our returns policy is as follows;

Should you feel the item ordered is not right for you, we are happy to exchange, provide a credit note, or a full refund (on full price items only).

  • For a full refund (less shipping), you need to lodge a Return Request by email (lillie@harryandkit.com.au) and return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it. This applies to full price items only. No refunds on sale items.
  • For an exchange or credit note, you need to contact us and return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it.
  • All item(s) being returned must be in as new condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging.
  • Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge.
  • We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
  • Exchange items will be processed as a new sale and a return. Place and pay for a new order online or via email, and return the original item, to be exchanged, for a refund.
  • Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
  • Any credit notes issued will be valid until used (there is no expiry date on credit notes or gift vouchers :) ).
  • Refunds or credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us and meets the above criteria.
