LAYBY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are happy for our customers to layby an item/s with us. Below are our LAYBY Terms and Conditions. 

• All laybys are strictly twelve (12) weeks, unless an alternative timeframe is agreed upon between Harry and Kit and the customer
• A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to establish your layby 
• All laybys must be completed within the time frame or your layby will be automatically cancelled and your non-refundable deposit of 25% will be forfeited
• Any cancellation of your layby will result in the forfeit of your 25% non refundable deposit 
• Harry and Kit reserves the right to cancel your layby, without notification, if your layby is not finalised by the end of the layby period or date agreed upon by Harry and Kit and the customer
• Layby items will only be posted or given to the customer once payment is received in full 
• If the customer needs the item shipped/posted once paid in full and the customers shipping details change during the layby, the customer needs to notify our team immediately. We take no responsibility for incorrect customer information given to us
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on layby orders so please consider this before placing any item/s on layby.
