Harry and Kit Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with the products you purchase at Harry and Kit online or in store. With this in mind, please carefully read our returns policy below before making a purchase;
APPLICABLE TO ALL RETURNS
CONDITION - All returns must be in their original condition. Harry and Kit will not accept tampered or worn fashion returns, or homewares not in their original condition. If the item does not meet expectations, we have the right to refuse your return.
SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS – All sale items are final sale. This includes any item purchased with more than a 10% discount. These cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.
TIME FRAME- All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item. Once approved your item must be posted back to us within 4 days to receive a refund or credit note.
FOR ALL ONLINE RETURNS
TIME FRAME -All online returns must be lodged within 7 days of you receiving the goods.
FULL PRICED ITEMS – Eligible for a refund, or online store credit minus shipping fees.
- Clothing returns processing fee - $10.90
- Small homewares processing fee - $19.95
10% OFF WELCOME CODE – Full priced items purchased using the 10% welcome code are eligible for an online store credit only. Any items purchased on sale over the value of 10% or using a promotional sale code are considered FINAL SALE, and not able to be returned.
SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS- Sale items or promotional items with a discount greater than 10% are not eligible for a return
SHIPPING - Customers are liable for return shipping costs.
ORDERS PLACED USING AFTERPAY - All orders processed via Afterpay, when purchasing a full priced item, are only eligible for a store credit of the order amount (less shipping).
