Shipping - Homewares & Furniture

At Harry and Kit we offer the following shipping options determined by the products in your cart. If you order multiple items, the delivery fee is determined by the largest item in your order.

Small Homewares: $19.95 or FREE for Small Homewares orders over $200.

Large Homewares: $39.95

Furniture & Heavy Items: If you are ordering a Furniture or Heavy piece you will not be able to complete your check out as we will need to provide a shipping quote beforehand. Would you like to receive a shipping quote before placing your order please contact us for a custom shipping quote. We will try our best to have heavier items and furniture pieces shipped Australia wide where possible. Shipping - Clothing

We charge a flat regular postage rate of $11.90 for all clothing, shoes and accessories (jewellery) for clothing order totals of $200 or less or FREE for clothing orders over $200 

Any clothing purchased during our Black Friday Sale Promotion over $200 will incur a flat $6.00 shipping fee. 

 

Transit/Damage Cover 

We offer Transit/Damage Cover for small homewares and large homewares orders at checkout. If you choose to select our Transit/Damage Cover we will compensate you for any damages occurred during transit or if you choose to return your order to us we will cover costs for your order to be returned and a full refund provided, excluding transit/damage cover paid. 

If you choose not to select transit/damage cover at checkout, we will assist you as best we can with making a claim with the relevant courier company but please note, we use third party courier companies and any damages caused during transit is out of our control. We strongly recommend all customers to select transit/damage cover at checkout to avoid disappointment if your order is damaged by third party couriers.

Local Pick-up

If you have opted for local pickup of your goods you can collect during opening hours (Tuesday to Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm & Saturday 9:00am to 12:30pm). If you wish to collect outside of opening hours please phone 0433 824 510 or email customerservice@harryandkit.com.au to organise. We will do our best to work in with your schedule.
