FASHION SHIPPING COST

Enjoy Fast and Free standard delivery within Australia for all online Fashion purchases over $200.

Online Fashion purchases under $200 can be delivered for $11.90AUD

Express Shipping is available for Fashion orders within Australia. This option is provided at checkout.

New Zealand fashion orders can be delivered for $20.90AUD. For all other countries, orders can be delivered for $26.90AUD. 

Please note: All import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Yes we do deliver internationally. When you are checking out, please enter your address and shipping will be calculated for your specific country.

If you are unable to checkout due to your country of residence, please get in touch with us and we will be able to provide a shipping estimate.

SPLIT ORDERS

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped from different locations. In this case, your items will arrive in separate deliveries, each with its own tracking number. You’ll receive an email update every time a shipment is dispatched.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

In the unfortunate event that your order is Lost or Damaged during transit please get in touch with our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to supply your online order number and photos/video proof of the damage to the packaging and item. You will also need to keep everything including the packaging. Our team will then help initiate the claims process with the courier company responsible for the damage or loss caused. 

If you selected transit/damage cover at checkout, we will compensate you for the damages occurred or if you choose to return your order to us we will cover costs for your order to be returned and a full refund provided, excluding transit/damage cover.

If you did not select transit/damage cover at checkout, we will assist you with making a claim with the relevant courier company but please note, we use third party courier companies and any damages caused during transit is out of our control. We strongly recommend all customers to select transit/damage cover to avoid disappointment if your order is damaged by third party couriers.

Please note: Some couriers (i.e. Australia Post) require the receiver (you) to submit the claim or attend one of their offices to show the damage and start the claims process. Please ensure you keep all packaging so you can physically show the damage when you attend an Australia Post Facility.

SHIPPING DISPATCH TIME

We aim to dispatch all clothing orders either same day or within 1 business day, however please allow up to 2 - 3 business days for bulky items or unexpected delays. If you are needing your clothing order sooner we recommend selecting express shipping at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all homewares and furniture orders within 3 business days from our warehouse, however please allow up to 5 business days. We try to get all orders received shipped as quickly as possible.

COLLECTING IN-STORE

As we have two stores (Goondiwindi and Toowoomba), you will need to get in touch with our team to identify which store your order is currently located in. To coordinate a collection time, please contact us

At checkout it is saying 'Shipping Unavailable for my area'. What do I do?

If you are trying to checkout with a large homewares or furniture item in your cart, you will be presented with 'This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered...'

Before you check out we just need to provide you with a custom shipping quote. You can submit a shipping request here

At checkout, it only gives me one location to collect my order from?

If you are only given one location to collect your item(s) from this is because the particular item(s) in your cart are currently at the stated location. We can transfer smaller homewares and fashion between our Goondiwindi and Toowoomba stores. Please get in contact with us to request a transfer. For larger items, we can provide an estimated shipping quote to transfer and be collected from one of our stores.

PRE-ORDER

From time to time, we offer pre-orders on selected pieces, giving you first access to upcoming arrivals and the chance to secure your favourites before they land.

Each pre-order item will include an estimated arrival window in the product description. Please review this carefully before purchasing, as pre-order timelines can shift due to factors beyond our control.
