Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect service is available at both our store locations however not all products are available at both store locations. To identify if an item is available at the store of your choice, at check out the stores listed for click and collect means the item is available at those stores only. Should you wish to have an item transfer between stores you will need to contact us via email or phone.   

Once you have placed your order for Click & Collect/ In Store Pickup, you will receive an email from our Customer Support team when your order is ready for collection. This email is different from the order confirmation you will receive after your order has been placed. 

Our team endeavours to have all Click & Collect orders ready for collection the same day or day after.

To place a click and collect order it is important that you select at the check out process and also ensure that you have selected the correct store location.
