 We want you to be happy with the products you purchase at Harry and Kit online or in store. With this in mind, please carefully read our returns policy below before making a purchase;

 APPLICABLE TO ALL RETURNS

CONDITION - All returns must be in their original condition. Harry and Kit will not accept tampered or worn fashion returns, or homewares not in their original condition. If the item does not meet expectations, we have the right to refuse your return.

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS – Sale items with a discount of 5% - 24% are eligible to be returned for store credit only (less shipping). 

Sale items with a discount greater than 24% are deemed Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit, exchange or refund. 

TIME FRAME- All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item. Once approved your item must be posted back to us within 4 days to receive a refund or credit note.
