Shipping policy

 

We offer the following shipping options determined by the products in your cart. If you order multiple items, the delivery fee is determined by the largest item in your order.

Small Homewares in Australia: $19.95 or FREE for Small Homewares orders over $200.

Large Homewares in Australia: $39.95

Small Homewares in NZ: $49.95AUD 

Small Homewares Rest of the world: $79.95AUD

Extra Large Homewares/ Small Furniture in Australia: From $70*

Furniture & Heavy Items in Australia: From $200*

Furniture Shipping Disclaimer
While we do our best to offer accurate shipping estimates at checkout, some remote or regional areas in Australia may incur significantly higher courier costs. In rare cases where the actual shipping charges exceed what was quoted, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. If this applies to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss options.

International Shipping: For International Shipping options on homewares, please get in touch with us via phone or email and we can provide a shipping quote to your international destination.

Any international orders not claimed or marked as returned to sender will incur a 30% of order value restocking fee.

 

Clothing

For orders in Australia, we charge a flat regular postage rate of $11.90 for all clothing, shoes and accessories (jewellery) for clothing order totals of $200 or less or FREE for clothing orders over $200.

For clothing orders shipped to New Zealand, postage is at a flat rate of $20.90AUD. For all other countries clothing orders will be charged at $26.90AUD.

Transit/Damage Cover

We have partnered with Parcel Protect to insure every online order, completely free of charge to you (for a limited time). Parcel Protect offers best-in-class cover for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels, so you can shop with total peace of mind knowing your purchase is in safe hands.

Local Pick-up

If you have opted for local pickup of your goods you can collect during our stores opening hours. Please check which store you have selected for local pickup/click and collect. If you wish to collect outside of opening hours please phone 0433824510 or email customerservice@harryandkit.com.au to organise. We will do our best to work in with your schedule.
